This ensures that our customers have steady and reliable Internet connection. ThePlanet possesses multiple frame relay links to the Internet backbone. The company utilizes the best modems to gain the highest possible access speed - currently at 56k (V90). While a majority of ISP have dial-in ratio at 1:10 or more, ThePlanet maintains the dial-in ratio at slightly lower than 1:6 to ensure that all our customers can get access to the Internet a lot easier.
